Our Team

With more than 10 years of experience serving clients statewide, our team is dedicated to help our clients and our community. 

Oksana Davydova, Esq.

Oksana Davydova is an attorney practicing Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Personal Injury. Having practiced in these area of law since 2015, she is now an experienced litigation attorney and advocate for those who have been injured. 

She received her law degree from CUNY School of Law in 2014. Throughout law school, she interned at several organizations and firms with varying fields of speciality. She was also part of a program called Volunteer Lawyer for the Day where she provided limited scope representation to pro se litigants. To date, Oksana continues to zealously represent and provide legal services to low and middle income communities through CLRN’s City Council Project.

Oksana resides in Queens County with her husband and four children. She is an active member of various bar associations including the New York Workers' Compensation Bar Association.
