Meet Oksana Davydova

Oksana Davydova has devoted her legal career to representing individuals whose lives have been affected by workplace injuries, serious accidents, and disabling medical conditions. Since beginning her practice in 2015, she has focused on Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Social Security Disability law, building a reputation as a dedicated litigator and passionate advocate for her clients.

In 2024, she founded Davydova Law Group P.C. with a clear mission: to provide accessible, compassionate, and results-driven legal representation to individuals and families throughout New York.

Mrs. Davydova earned her Juris Doctor from CUNY School of Law in 2014. During law school, she gained valuable hands-on experience through internships with a variety of legal organizations and law firms, giving her a broad understanding of the legal profession while strengthening her commitment to public service.

She also participated in the Volunteer Lawyer for the Day program, providing limited-scope legal assistance to self-represented litigants. That commitment to serving the community continues today, as she remains dedicated to helping low- and middle-income individuals access experienced legal representation when they need it most.

Mrs. Davydova is an active member of several professional legal organizations, including the New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association, allowing her to stay informed on developments in New York law and continue serving her clients with current legal knowledge and advocacy.
